What is cumie?
cumie is an AI-powered dating communication assistant. It helps you craft better replies, start conversations, and get dating advice — all personalized to you and the people you're talking to.
Is cumie free to use?
Yes! cumie offers a free tier with basic features including limited daily reply suggestions and one partner profile. For unlimited suggestions, screenshot analysis, AI coaching, and more, you can upgrade to Premium or Platinum.
How do I manage my subscription?
Your subscription is managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone to view, change, or cancel your cumie subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open your iPhone Settings, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, find cumie, and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are processed by Apple. You can request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem page (reportaproblem.apple.com) or by contacting Apple Support.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We use encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Chat content submitted for AI processing is deleted within 24 hours. We also offer an on-device OCR option that processes screenshots entirely on your phone — no data is ever sent to our servers when you use this feature. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Does cumie read my actual messages from other apps?
No. cumie cannot access your messages from other apps. You manually paste text or upload screenshots that you want the AI to analyze. We only process what you explicitly share with us.
What languages does cumie support?
cumie currently supports Traditional Chinese. We plan to add more languages in future updates.
How does the AI photo generator work?
Upload a photo of yourself, choose a scene, outfit, and style, and our AI creates a polished portrait suitable for dating profiles. Generated photos are for personal use only.
I found a bug. How do I report it?

Can I use cumie on Android?
We are currently focused on iOS. An Android version is planned for a future release.
